When you request a quote through our website, we collect:

• Details of your cleaning request: the service you want, the approximate size of the space, any add-ons, and your notes
• Whether you ticked the text message box, when you ticked it, and which version of its wording you were shown
• The page of our website you sent the form from

When you apply for a job through our website, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your availability, your experience, and anything else you choose to tell us about yourself

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests
• To schedule appointments and send appointment reminders
• To invoice you and process payment
• To provide customer service
• To review job applications

Text messaging

If you tick the text message box on our quote form, we text you about your quote request, scheduling, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, invoices and payment reminders, and customer service. Ticking the box is optional, and you can request a quote without it.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers, such as our booking, scheduling, email, phone, website hosting, payment, and accounting systems, only to operate our business on our behalf. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates, including these providers, for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We don’t use tracking cookies. Our website has no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
